“My 1942 Hudson 20-T is a number matching automobile with VIN T- 2017742, the motor and frame numbers have the exact same matching range, maybe designed on Oct. 31 of ’41. All the trim parts, chrome plated bumpers, and bright metal are in wonderful condition.”
“Motor vehicles designed just after January 1st, 1942, have been identified as “victory cars” or “blackouts”, mainly because the government did not enable the use of chrome or stainless-steel trim then, owing to the war effort and hard work.
